Are contractors and Isprava staff trained for filling of the permits? *

Are all the contractors are taking permits as per their activity? *

Does the DG have a dedicated earth pit ? *

Are all the connections with industrial male-female sockets ? *

Are all the cable joints are in good standards and insulated ? (Single wire multiple joints are not allowed, joint should be tied to prevent the tension) *

All junction boxes are industrial OR double insulated ?(Metal junction boards are not allowed for movable works) *

Dedicated competent electrician available in the site ? *

Danger signs are displayed at all the DB’s ? *

Emergency contact numbers displayed at main panel board ? *

All cables are tied with plastic cable ties ? (Binding wires are not allowed) *

Dedicated zones are identified for stacking materials and scrap ? *

All zones are made of hard barrications with a sign board ? *

Is there a record available for 5S and cleaning, post work completion ? *

Is the site team practicing proper materials stacking at their respective zones ? *

Trainings/tool box talks conducted on cleaning and 5S ? *

Is garbage/Scrap removal or dumping out of site happening as required ? *

Garbage and Scrap records are available at site ? *

Is the site team practicing to wear Safety Harness at working at heights ? *

Basic PPEs provided to all the employees ? (Safety shoes, Helmet and Jacket) *

Job Specific PPEs are available at the site ? (Welding Apron, Face shield, Goggles, SCBA Etc…..) *

Damaged PPEs are being replaced by the contactors ? ( inspect 5 random PPEs ) *

All workers are wearing the PPEs as required ? *
